We will continue to work on character traits, parts of speech, and figurative language. Students should be reading nightly. While they are reading please make sure that you and your child are filling out their reading log information nightly. Students are expected to read 25 books by the end of the school year. Please make sure that you are asking them questions while they are reading to help them with their comprehension skills.
